Nick really delivered excellent service.
One thing that you could add is maybe troubleshooting a specific item. This I think is a isolated case but the 2TB drive I bought had issues with formatting in Vista because Vista can only format up to 54%. By searching on Western Digital's site the workaround is to install it in a external case because Vista then uses different drivers and then formats the full drive. Crazy I know but still a solution.
You guys are really doing a awesome job.
All in all keep up the good work.

As a first time buyer on your website the service was excellent! I struggled a little bit with my password that was changed but realized i should type it exactly as it is or, it was that i used the login button on top at the righthand side instead of the toolbar logon button where i succeeded. It was never so easy for me to purchase something on a website. My son and i are very exited about the bargain phones that i purchased & especially for the lots of functions for him as a matriculant. i think u put the wrong picture for the product i ordered: Leadtek WinFast PX9400 GT GeForce 9400GT 16xPCIE 128-bit 512MB G
the picture on your website and the product delivered are not the same.but after comparison i saw that the specification for the product
was the same,thus concluding that maybe u put the wrong picture.besides that i the shopping experience was very good.
