Every thing is perfect! The only thing i noticed that would be nice to have but which is not importent is maybe adding the couriors contact details to the orders. Other then that PERFECT!

I was surprised to find that the software I had ordered had already been installed when the laptop was delivered and that the optional 3G module had also been installed. Thank you! I ended up picking up the parcel at the warehouse in George. All my previous orders had been delivered next day but I didn't notice that this time it was send as 2 day. But that's my fault for not paying closer attention. Thank you!

I normally do not buy from e-tailors, but I was not able to get the RAM I wanted so I had to buy it online. There was a problem where the RAM was faulty, but it was not forseeable by NGR computers.
The whole replacement process went very quickly and I was quite surprised. Also very quick with email replies.

Only issue that i have is that i cannot seem to find the Live Online chat with Sales Team button at times. Sometimes it shows on the right of the main page, and in this case it doesn't. I have used this function before, and it's has nothing to do with my browser.
Otherwise, the services has been top notch!

Having done some product comparisons among the various online retailers, I found that this site contains the greatest variety and prices, which was why I placed my order here. If I might be so bold as to suggest some additional search filters for your website - such as filters that only displays products currently verified to be in stock, etc. Anything that contributes to the specificity of the search-process will greatly enhance all prospective clients' shopping experience - though your current structure is already very good. I like the variety. Theres a good mix of items to purchase. Also the service is quick and efficeint. I've been doiing a lot of mail queries and NGR is the only one to do same day response. (Which is such a pleasure)
What I dont like (and its not only NGR in particular), but there are a few items which dont have the proper picture assinged to a specefic item. I know I can just Google it to see what it really looks like, but that should not be the case. My decision to buy something with a proper picture is more likely to sway said decision into a purchase rather that just looking.

I am still getting used to it, but it seems very good value for money. One thing I can never understand is the fact that the majority of users are right-handed. So, why do all laptops/pocket-books have the inputs - mains, mouse etc on the right-hand side. My son-in-law says the other side has the battery, etc. I think they should br reversed, so they will not interfere with movements of the mouse. Thanks GH

I had a problem with the media player I bought from NGR Computers and after several communiques with both Seagate and NGR Computers, I was advised to return the player to Seagate. NGR Computers requested I return the player to them and they will return it to Seagate. I was pleasently surprised when I received a replacement player at a time when I expected my player to be on it's way to Saegate. This was truly some excellent customer service as I can now enjoy my new media player and it does not have the same problem the previous one had.
