Your order has only been sucessfully processed if you have received an order confirmation from us. This will include an order number.

You should see an order listed under "Previous Orders" - if not it means your order was not sucessfully processed. Please try again! We only deduct funds from your card once the order has been shipped, so you do not need to worry about your card being charged again.
